Questions
Why use one partner for all of this?
Because the problems cross the boundaries. A machine that rejects good parts can be a sensor, a PLC timer, a recipe or a fixture; a traceability system needs the PLC programs changed to publish the right data. One team that does the mechanics, the panel, the PLC and the software can follow a problem wherever it leads, without three suppliers blaming each other.
Where are you, and where do you work?
In Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Machines are built and trialled here and installed at your plant; PLC support, program changes and documentation work can often be started remotely, with site visits where they are needed.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing for the first step: the PLC support diagnosis, the machine concept and a PLC program written from your sequence are free, and so is the DNC trial. Paid work is quoted at a fixed price for a defined scope before it starts.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner on WhatsApp or the phone.
Prefer a specific page? The special purpose machines overview has videos of machines running, and the DNC software pages cover program transfer for CNC shops.
Have a job that a machine should be doing?
